It was our first time grooming our puppy, a toy poodle. Ever since our toy poodle came home we find that she's very sensitive to sound, timid and shy.

Joe had greeted us at the door and got to know all of a little bit before taking her in for grooming. She was introduced to the sounds, had a bit of play and then they started to groom .

I can really appreciate joe's approach with a puppy that is not only new to grooming but by nature is very scared. He provided me with a full entire report, and was so very good with my puppy that she fell asleep during grooming!

The one on one care and the attentiveness that Joe has is unlike any other grooming place that I have been in the past with our pups. I definitely will be returning back to Joe for all of my doggies grooming and maintenance.

I took my anxious little dog, Rue to have a bath and tidy with Joe at Wal Dog Care Place and was very happy with the care that we both received.
Joe greeted us in the driveway prior to our appointment time. He was very gentle handling Rue and took his time with her to make her feel comfortable. The bath and tidy was done very professionally and Rue looks and smells great.
Joe was able to properly trim her nails and clean up her ‘Grinch’ feet, even though she hates having her feet touched. He spent the extra time needed to help her relax and even did a de-shedding treatment for her.
We were messaged throughout her visit with photos and updates to let us know how she was handling things.
Joe sent a full, detailed grooming report when he was done and was waiting with her in the yard when we arrived for pick up. We especially liked that he worked one on one with our dog, no unnecessary waiting around.
We will definitely be back for her next grooming and would highly recommend Wal Dog Care Place to any doggy parents.
